Emily Ferril
My name is Emily Frell and I’ve been a patient at Vera Health and Infertility for about a year now. I came to Vera because I knew something deeper was going on with my health and wasn’t getting real answers elsewhere. I was being spot-treated here and there, but I wanted a practice that would take a holistic approach and get to the root cause of what I was experiencing.
From the very first visit, I knew it was a different experience. Dr. Peterson and her team are so amazing, welcoming, and warm. I genuinely felt listened to, respected, and truly cared for. The time, energy, expertise, and research that went into every appointment really mattered to me, and I was deeply grateful for that. Every question I asked was answered thoughtfully and never taken lightly — I always felt like we were working together toward a plan.
What surprised me the most was how comprehensive, thoughtful, and meticulous Dr. Peterson is. Her attention to detail, the way she follows up, and the way the office communicates — no symptom was left unturned. I was finally able to get to the bottom of what I was experiencing and felt truly seen as a whole person.
Before coming to Vera, I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and felt a little hopeless — like I wasn’t going to get real answers and that my body was broken. After working with them, and especially after my endometriosis surgery and the continued care I’ve received, I feel immensely better. I feel more empowered, more informed, and more supported. My symptoms have vastly improved, and I have a whole lot more confidence in my body and my health.
I would absolutely recommend Vera to anyone — especially those who have felt dismissed, overlooked, or told that their symptoms aren’t normal.
