Sierra Wolfe
Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Sierra Wolfe

I am a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in men’s and women’s fertility, abnormal or painful periods, vaginal health concerns, and hormonal imbalances. My interest in this field grew from learning about the beauty of women’s biology through Natural Family Planning (NFP), as well as my own experiences with painful periods and miscarriage. I believe ovulation and menstrual cycles are vital signs that reveal important insights into overall health, and I am passionate about helping women better understand and connect with their bodies.

After beginning my career in women’s health, I recognized a gap in the evaluation and treatment of men’s fertility. While women often receive comprehensive workups, men are frequently under-evaluated. I am passionate about improving men’s hormonal health and semen parameters, and I enjoy helping men understand the meaningful role they play in supporting both their fertility as a couple and their overall well-being.

My clinical focus for women includes hormone optimization, cycle awareness, vaginal health, routine well-woman care, initial fertility evaluations, and the management of conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS. I strongly believe in empowering women to improve their health through lifestyle changes, proper nourishment, and medications or supplements when appropriate. I tailor each treatment plan to align with each patient’s individual goals and preferences, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Prior to practicing at Vera, I worked at HCA Mountain Ridge/North Suburban in the Department of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, where I developed a strong foundation in diagnostics, postoperative wound care, recognition of clinical acuity, management of chronic conditions, and emergency medicine. I earned my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University after completing my undergraduate studies in Biology at Colorado State University.

Outside of work, you can find me playing recreational hockey, swimming laps, cheering on the Avalanche at Ball Arena, or spending time with friends and family.

It is my sincere goal to provide the highest quality care and to help you leave our clinic feeling healthier, supported, and empowered.

"You should always feel like your doctor is listening to you and is making a plan that is in line with your goals and values."
