Sierra Wolfe
Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Sierra Wolfe

I am a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in male fertility and hormonal health. My interest in reproductive medicine first grew from learning about the beauty of women’s biology through Natural Family Planning (NFP), as well as my own experiences with painful periods and miscarriage. Those experiences fostered a deep appreciation for the importance of reproductive health and ultimately led me to discover my true passion: helping men optimize their fertility and overall well-being.

After beginning my career in women’s health, I recognized a significant gap in the evaluation and treatment of male fertility. While women often receive comprehensive fertility workups, men are frequently under-evaluated despite contributing equally to a couple’s fertility. I am passionate about improving men’s hormonal health and semen parameters, and I enjoy helping patients understand the meaningful role they play in supporting both their fertility goals and their long-term health. My clinical focus includes comprehensive male fertility evaluations, hormone optimization, and personalized treatment plans designed to improve reproductive health and overall wellness. I believe every patient deserves an individualized approach, and I partner with each person to develop a care plan that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and preferences. I am committed to helping men better understand their health and empowering them with the knowledge and tools to optimize both fertility and quality of life. Prior to practicing at Vera, I worked at HCA Mountain Ridge/North Suburban in the Department of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, where I developed a strong foundation in diagnostics, postoperative wound care, recognition of clinical acuity, management of chronic conditions, and emergency medicine. I earned my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University after completing my undergraduate studies in Biology at Colorado State University. Outside of work, you can find me playing recreational hockey, swimming laps, cheering on the Avalanche at Ball Arena, or spending time with friends and family. It is my sincere goal to provide the highest quality care and to help every patient leave our clinic feeling healthier, supported, and empowered.
