Sierra Wolfe
Hi, I’m Sierra, a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a special focus on holistic male health, fertility, and foundational fertility evaluations. I work with men and couples who want clear answers, thoughtful testing, and a plan that looks at the whole picture—hormones, lifestyle, health history, and fertility goals.
At Vera, I’ve developed a particular passion for supporting male partners, who are too often overlooked or rushed through the fertility process. Whether you’re just starting to ask questions, navigating abnormal semen parameters, low testosterone, fatigue, libido changes, or simply want a comprehensive fertility workup, my goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
I provide initial fertility evaluations, male fertility assessments, and education-focused visits designed to help patients understand why certain labs, imaging, or lifestyle changes matter—and how they connect to real outcomes. Patients often tell me they appreciate my ability to explain complex topics in a way that actually makes sense (and doesn’t feel awkward or intimidating).
My clinical background includes acute care and trauma surgery at Mountain Ridge/North Suburban Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in diagnostics, efficiency, and patient-centered care. I earned my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University after completing my undergraduate training in Biology at Colorado State University.
My interest in fertility medicine deepened through Restorative Reproductive Medicine, where I was drawn to approaches that treat root causes rather than masking symptoms. After joining Vera, I saw a clear gap in male fertility care—and made it a priority to help change that.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, playing volleyball, or cheering on the Colorado Avalanche (Go Avs!).
If you’re looking for a provider who takes male fertility seriously—and treats you like a human, not a number—I’d love to work with you.
