Hi, I’m Kali, and I’m passionate about empowering and supporting women by simplifying their approach to eating, redefining balance, and teaching them how to truly listen to their bodies from the inside out. With each client, I work to uncover the root cause of their symptoms using a non-diet approach, creating personalized nutrition plans that cater to their unique needs.
I believe in patient-centered nutrition therapy and specialize in women's health and diabetes care. My approach integrates functional nutrition, and I partner with my clients to guide them toward feeling their best.
I hold a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Colorado State University and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Delaware. I also hold an advanced credential as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
When I’m not working with clients, I’m a mom to three—two kids and one lovable fur friend, Ziggy. I’m also a wife to a wonderfully supportive husband and an avid lover of all things outdoors. If you can't find me outdoors, I’m likely in the kitchen, baking wholesome “concontions” or preparing simple, nourishing meals for my family.

Mariah began her work at Vera, with a strong passion to serve women, despite constantly being surrounded by men.
Mariah, born in Wyoming, moved to Colorado at the age of 12. She is the oldest and only girl in a family of 6. Being surrounded by 5 younger brothers helped build her resilience, and pushed her to be strong.
Both her grandparents worked in Healthcare, so Mariah knew she wanted to pursue it as a career path from a very young age. She got her CNA certificate in 2017, became a Medical Assistant in 2018 and completed her EMT in 2019. In 2020 she began working as a volunteer firefighter in Kiowa, Colorado.
After experiencing the hardships of the firefighter life, she swore she’d never marry one. As luck has it, she married one in January 2023. On the weekends you’ll find her hiking with her dogs, puzzling, and watching her brothers compete in wrestling tournaments.
