Our Team

My heart has always been in women’s health. In March 2022, I began interning with a midwifery practice, and that experience solidified everything for me. I discovered not only my passion for reproductive health, but also a deep commitment to individualized, compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe in prioritizing mothers and families, protecting client autonomy, and ensuring informed consent every step of the way. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping women understand their bodies – and even more importantly, trust what their bodies are capable of.

I grew up in a small town in Ohio before moving to Virginia Beach in the middle of undergrad. My husband and I spent six years there while he completed his service in the U.S. Navy and we both tackled a lot of school. I earned my bachelor’s degree in biology from Virginia Wesleyan University and then went on to complete my MSN at Sentara College of Health Sciences.

Colorado had always been part of our long-term plan (my husband is a Louisville native), and 2026 was our year to finally make it home. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find me obsessing over my dog, clipping into a spin class, catching up with my family back in Ohio, or exploring the best food and outdoor spots around town with my husband.
