Led by Emily Geddes, WHNP, our FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) program is a science-based approach to understanding your hormones and menstrual cycle as vital signs of your overall health. FEMM goes beyond basic cycle tracking by helping you identify patterns in your hormones, uncover underlying imbalances, and use that information to guide personalized care.

- How to start charting your unique patterns
Session 2:
Understanding Your Cycle (60 mins)
- Phases of your cycle and key hormonal shifts
- How to identify healthy vs. abnormal patterns
- Interpreting your chart with confidence
Session 3:
Natural Family Planning (60 mins)
- Identify ovulation and your fertile window
- Use biomarkers to achieve or avoid pregnancy
- Apply your chart in real-life decision making
